Peter is a geophysicist, exploration specialist and entrepreneur with a strong track record in multi-commodity discovery and mining innovation. He has founded and led several successful businesses, including Intierra (now part of S&P Global Market Intelligence) and HiSeis, which pioneered 3D seismic technology in hard rock mining.

He is currently Co-founder and Chairman of Portable PPB and RoqSense, and serves as a director of African Gold, Benz Mining and Hawk Resources. Peter has also been involved in the founding of companies including IGO, Elemental Royalties (both Unicorns) and Ampella Mining and, with early-stage involvement and investments in Boss Energy and Bellevue Gold. His experience spans major, junior and start-up mining companies across Australia, Africa and North America.

Peter is a social impact entrepreneur and investor, where he is involved with empowering women in Uganda and the development of Integrated Virtual health technology in Zimbabwe, and Uganda.  He is directly involved in private education in Natural Resources in Burkina Faso.  He is an adjunct Professor in the Centre for Exploration Targeting at the University of Western Australia.
